Creative Visualization Exercise to Explode your Subconscious Power

     Creative visualization is a simple but effective to communicate with the subconscious mind. If you watched "The Secret", the power of the subconscious is able to give a person in order to attract and achieve what he wants.
     Creative visualization is simply the process of forming mental images in our mind and to become a reality. This process can easily be completed within 5-10 minutes, the strong results in their lives. Creative Visualization Exercise
  1. Find a comfortable place where there won't be disturbed before you start. First, sit quietly and comfortably. Take some deep breaths to calm you.
  2. Once you feel relaxed, close your eyes and picture the screen in your eyes. Then project an image of what you want on the screen.
  3. Imagine the picture with as much detail as possible. Involve the five senses as you like. The most effective best. Relax stay throughout the process.

     Have your picture as wallpaper that you plan in your mind. Participate with your 5 senses. What do you want to see, feel, hear, taste or touch. The meaning of that you involve the greatest message you send to the subconscious.

     Do not be shy when you see it is bold. What we really want? Have the courage to let the subconscious work.
Tip # 3
     You should do this on regular basis. Set a time each day to engage in this life-transformation exercise.
