2 - Trust

Doubt grows from fear of failure. Fear triggers exactly the opposite of what we want. A healthy self-confidence is essential for success.


3 - Patience

    If our thoughts had immediate action, we would fear the worst. The slightest thought of an accident would lead us directly to the hospital. It is therefore a wise institution of the kind that only the thoughts that reach a certain intensity, and we talk long enough and frequently have the strength to achieve. We should not expect that the first good idea materialize immediately positive in our lives as soon as we come to mind.


4 - A consistent positive thinking

    In the future, try to remove any emotion and negative thought. You will get very good if you substitute immediate thoughts and emotions to such constructive feelings and thoughts. Accept all that life offers you, you live.

    A practice of positive thinking you free the mind. Feelings of jealousy, envy, anger, and concerns have taken on more than you. These are the products of a negative thought. If you're willing to accept anything that gives you life, you have more room for you in these destructive emotions. The negative feelings have no real substance. They exist only as long as you let them. Once you have noticed that these feelings can lead you to nothing, as soon as you believe from the bottom of my heart that you've discovered, you will no longer be allowed as they are only wasting your time and energy.

Zen Meditation - Simple Manual

Meditation is a total experience. It involves both the body, breath and mind. Basically, there are only three things to remember in learning meditation: You must be stable, you must be a tonic, you must feel at ease.

    Take the lotus position, half-lotus, or failing that just put a foot on the opposite calf. Both knees should touch the ground with equal pressure.
The tone is by adjusting the spine.

    Do not sit on the top but on the lower buttocks. From the tripod formed by the legs and buttocks, gently straighten the column, then the head, gently returning the chin and lower the light in front of you without setting a specific point.

Levels of Communication for Success

Communication plays a vital role in every interaction you have and can lead directly to your success.
